SUMMIT SCHEDULE
There are three different schedule options available to make hosting a Parent Summit easily fit your ministry needs.

One Day Schedule (most popular)
8:30AM-3:30PM on a Saturday with a 30 minute lunch
Two Day Schedule
Session One on first day; Sessions Two and Three
on second day.
Three Week Series
One session each week for three consecutive weeks.

SUMMIT COSTS
|
|
The fee to host a Parent Summit is dependent on the size of your group and other elements you may add into the weekend. Any travel and hotel costs for your trainer are the responsibility of the host group as well.
The fee for attendees is determined by the host site. The host can use this fee to help offset the costs to his/her ministry budget. Most groups charge between $10 and $20 per person.

It is HIGHLY recommended that each attendee be required to purchase the conference journal.
The are at a cost of $5 each.
If you are having a One Day Schedule is works best to serve a boxed or prepared lunch on campus. The schedule is tight and it is easier to restart the afternoon if everyone is together.
Estimate $5 per person for lunch.

SAMPLE BUDGET
If you charged attendees $15:
$5 for lunch $5 for PS journal $5 for hosting fee
Your goal should not be for your attendees to cover all the cost of the conference but to help offset them.

SUMMIT PRODUCTION
|
Even if you've never hosted a conference before, you can do this and do it well. You are responsible for providing at least two tech people to run sound, lighting, and video. We will provide you with easy to follow production charts with every element of the day clearly marked.
There are several video clips used during the conference that we will provide. Once you book your conference, we'll send you an Event Rider with everything you'll need to provide for the day to go well.
We'll also provide you with suggested seating arrangements and ideas of how to promote your ministry to students and parents on the day of the conference.
